This page explains what Luxury Spa does with your personal information when you book an appointment, create an account, or visit the spa.
What we collect
When you book online we ask for your name, email address, phone number and postal address, along with the services, date and time you choose. We need these to hold the appointment and to reach you if anything changes.
If you create an account we also store a password, kept only as a one-way hash that we cannot read. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google — never your Google password.
As you visit the spa we build a treatment history against your record: past appointments, invoices and payments. This is what lets a therapist see what you had last time, and at what pressure.
How we use it
To confirm and manage your appointments, to bill you, to keep your treatment history, and to contact you about a booking. We also use aggregate figures — revenue, popular services, how busy each branch is — to run the business; these do not identify you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who can see it
Our staff, limited to what their role needs. Access is controlled per role and per branch, so someone working at one location cannot browse another location's client records.
Our service providers — hosting, database and email delivery — process data on our behalf under contract. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain a guest, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to retain invoices. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove what we are not legally obliged to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can change most of it yourself from your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below and allow us a reasonable period to respond.
Cookies
We set a cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the site to work and is not used to track you across other websites.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention.
